Pay-as-you-go: Maintenance paid by the hour is known as “Pay-as-you-go”. Hourly rates can be high and it can turn out to be an expensive proposition if the machine has a major breakdown.

Preventative maintenance: This option offers you the choice to have a trained copier technician periodically inspect your machine. Required adjustments and potential problems can be diagnosed by the technician. You need to ensure that the technician is trained and authorized by the manufacturer and uses factory parts.
