Dorset County Hospital is planning to implement Version One’s document management and imaging software, reports Bob’s Guide.

The report says that the software will be integrated into the hospital’s Infor Smartstream accounting system to accelerate invoice processing and free-up the document storage capacity. The software is expected to reduce manual data entry and eliminate the data entry errors by up to 75 % as well improve operational efficiency.

With the use of this document management system, the hospital will be able to electronically store all the invoices and credit notes and integrated with its accounting system, which will undoubtedly make the whole process easy and transparent.

FleetMatics has announced a software upgrade to enhance its GPS vehicle tracking services. This is the second consecutive year that Xerox products have been acknowledged by office workers. In fact, in the category of  "Maintenance and Total Cost of Operation, Xerox colour products bagged the top rating.

The survey was conducted in the form of extensive telephone interviews with results based on nearly 100 verified responses from people who use and manage colour document technology within their organizations.
